    Hi,

    Should the mx sensor (screw in) come with a metal washer?   I bought 2 sensors and both don't come with the washer.   

    Will it leak without the metal washer?

     Nope, as long as the area the hole and the area of the wheel that the rubber seal seats against is smooth and clean, free  of corrosion, pitting, or gouges, and you don't over torque or under torque the stem nut.
